Certified Notary Public
High-volume, zero-error loan signings for Colorado title companies, lenders, and escrow firms.
About
I'm Brandon Cole, a Colorado-commissioned notary public and the founder of Summit Signing Group. I got into loan signings in 2014 after a career in financial services, and I have since completed thousands of signings across the Front Range - from first-time buyer purchases to complex commercial refinances.
I hold active NNA certification, completed the Loan Signing System program, and carry a full background screen and E&O policy. My focus is exclusively on loan signings and professional notary services - no side gigs, no distractions. If Summit Signing is on your panel, you can count on me to be there, be prepared, and get it done right.

I travel to homes, offices, hospitals, and care facilities throughout Denver and surrounding communities. Travel fee is based on distance from my downtown Denver office.

FAQs
Yes. I regularly cover Boulder, Fort Collins, and Colorado Springs for loan signings with advance notice. My primary service area is the Denver metro, but I am willing to travel further for the right assignment.

Not at this time. I focus exclusively on in-person loan signings and notarizations. For RON needs I am happy to refer you to a trusted provider.
For loan signings, I ask for at least 2 hours notice if a signing needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. Last-minute cancellations after I have printed documents may incur a print fee of $25. I understand closings get pushed - just keep me in the loop.
Yes - reverse mortgages are a specific specialty of mine. These packages require extra time and care, and I always allow for that. I'm experienced with HECM signings and understand the borrower education component these closings require.
